Sessions

My fees are £65 per 50 minute session, and I offer a limited number of lower fee sessions if needed and this can be discussed during the consultation. I work from a central Brighton location and online.

I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy, which can also be discussed during the consultation (but I don’t expect you to necessarily know yet, and you can always change your mind!).

If you are interested in working with me, please get in touch via contact form, email or SMS and I will respond as soon as possible. From there, I will offer a free 20 minute consultation via either Zoom or phone call, this gives you the opportunity to ask any questions, figure out if we can find a time that works and to see if we might be the right fit for working together.

Please note I currently work on on Mondays (9.30am - 3pm), Fridays (9.30am - 3pm) and Wednesday evenings (5-9pm)
